Tracker
teflon2 - 2014-02-07 7:41 PM Hi tracker how is the water level near you hope the fen drainage system is working properly. John Hi John - Floods? what floods - Rain - what rain. Norfolk is the driest county in England doncha know with no flood warnings anywhere near us, so as long as the very expensive pumping stations continue to do the job they were designed for in getting rid of all the water that is falling on the rest of you it will remain that way! The last tidal surge was far more interesting but even then there was plenty of height left in the flood banks near us. So whilst we're all right Jack, I do feel a heck of a lot of sympathy for the poor folks in other parts who have done nothing wrong other than lose out in the sometimes but not always unpredictable flood risk lottery.
