peacock312 Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I went to renew our home insurance today, asked to go through it in detail,I always do. We have always had cover giving 90 days unocupancy in a row plus,cover for any other smaller periods away from home in a year. On checking before renewing today,I was told that the 90day cover is now the maximum cover for unocupancy in any one year, they did not advise me of this on my renewal notice. Check every detail of your policy before renewal every time as bits are being taken out and you may not be voluntarily advised of this.
