They now convert customers' own vans, so maybe they could help you towards your ideal? My SWB Transit fits in a regular car-park space (although can be a bit tight on the width, depending who's next to me), and has full cooker, shower & toilet. It's a high-top of course, but I'm sure I remember them building a rising-roof version at one time - the compromise there would be storage space.
