We have just tried to get a phone quote from them for our motorhome which is being put through its MOT as we speak ready for UK plates. After waiting for the usual music to finish I gave the year (2007) and manufacturer (Pilote) of our motorhome, he asked to spell Pilote, no problem, then asked for my name, and then asked how do you spell MARTIN. At that stage I said don't bother we will deal with someone else. He said that Pilote wasn't on their system but we had tried for an online quote last night, it accepted Pilote (it was on one of those dropdowns) but not our model, so I can't see the problem. By the way we got the name of Lancaster Insurance from an MMM write up in June 2013 but as we have recently returned to the UK from France we are still catching up. They were easy and pleasant to deal with and saved me a lot of money when compared with my existing insurance company's renewal figure. I got their details via a comparison sight.
