yeti Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 In a months time on the 5th of June,the 10 Wirral Folk Festival will start at the Whitby Social Club Ellesmere port Chester Road / DunkirkLane, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 6QF The line up includes top performers and BBC folk awards recipient Seth Lakeman and many new young groups such as the Young Uns and the Goat Roper Rodeo band and other local and regional artists. They will be alongside the folk legends of Mick Groves and Hughie Jones who will be giving the nostalgia a boost with their Legends of The Spinners concert. The event is all on one site,so no treks to the performance areas from the camp site. There is also a craft fair and many fringe performances and workshops.
