Good service from Brownhills

Ive had extremely good and also extremely poor service at brownhills ,we bought 4motorhomes from them (so couldnt be that bad)the sales service was always excellent (lee Hardy) the best salesman ,he would always cut you a good deal ,but the aftersales service seemed to falldown ,which was a shame,for us there seemed to be a real lack of communication,nobody seemed to take ownership of your "problem" and see it through to the finish: But a good place to look round ,and perhaps buy from,nice bistro ,and good overnight stop , also the young guy in the shop will go beyond the call of duty to be of service (ive forgot his name) pp :)
