Vixters other half
Checking around the various insurance companies for quotes for a Smart car, I asked Saga for a quote and found it was declined on the grounds that car was too easy to write off. Is that due to the cars construction or the ability of the drivers they specialise in insuring? Any one got any suggestions for cover including unlimited days abroad. I can get unlimited mileage but not more than 180 days? I dont necessarily want to be overseas 365 but its nice to know you can come and go as you want. This EU business is definitely not the level playing field we were promised as we pay our taxes!! VoH
Greynomad
I can only repeat what I have said previously on this forum (and other forums), I only ever recommend COMFORT Insurance for all my insurance needs. Included in their Policy is as many trips to Europe, of up 60 days duration each, within any year, you can, of course, elect to pay extra premium for longer duration trips, if needed. COMFORT's contact information is usually in all magazines and, certainly in MMM.
