candapack
Just back from 10 days west coast Scotland. Clothes worn - fleeces, waterproofs and wellies. MMM waiting on doormat, depressing to note it is the JULY issue. Already!!
dick GCT
We know exactly what you are referring to!! Got back 25th May from 29 nights touring West Scotland and Inner Hebrides. Some sunny days, but mostly cold, rainy and windy ones! Fantastic scenery though.
Rayjsj
We usually tour the West of Scotland and the Islands for most of May and June, this year we couldn't do it as I am awaiting heart surgery, (hence being a forum 'lurker'), we have been watching the weather up on the West, and must say this year looked particularly bad, a great shame ,as a lot of folks up there depend on tourism. To us it is still the most beautiful place in the World. And yes we have travelled abroad too. To us its the best, shame about the midges between July and September. And of course 'Scottish Damp'. We will be back though.
