frenchman
Just had van in Marquis so they could sort out satellite, it wouldn't lock on . They found that track had gone rusty and they sorted it out, all seemed to work ok, but it still wouldn't lock on to satellite. They tried two other vans which they knew systems worked, but even they wouldn't lock into satellite. Is the satellite down at the moment? Only seems odd that three systems wouldn't work. hallii
Satellite lock depends upon the signal strength, if shielded by tall buildings, trees etc you could lose lock. There are so many satellite now that it is unusual. A strong radio signal locally could de sense the receiver and produce the same effect. It is entirely possible for the USA to turn them off, they do own a lot of them, but they haven't done that for while. You need to try again from a clear sky position, and give it time to lock on, they can take a while from "cold". H
