I had one sent to me, and replied , but the sender has still not opened my reply Why do people send PM's if they don't look at replies? Looking at the profiles of the intended recipients they have not been back at all in that time. We do get a fair number of "one hit wonders" that pop up the once and we never see again, but I am unsure if this is due to rudeness or lack of expertise. PJay Whether you receive email notification of a PM depends on settings in your (the receiver's) control panel. Over the years I've had to clear one or two out that patently haven't been opened.
