Luton Rails

Good afternoon,

I have a problem with damp and leak on the Luton rails on my Elddis Sunseeker 140.

These were replaced/resealed 3 years ago due to damp, is it fair that I should be paying full wack again to have this problem resolved again. This will be the 3rd time in 7yrs of ownership.

But were they replaced?...............Many moons ago I paid a couple of hundred quid to have my camper resealed purely as a preventative maintenance measure, when I looked all they'd done was run a fresh bead of sealant around the edge of the trim *-) .............

 

So now I do it myself every few years .......costs a tube of sealant ;-) .........
