Colinsburgh Posted March 11, 2016 Share Posted March 11, 2016 Had a similar alpine fitted 2013. The machine is OK for the most part but the Sat Nav, in my view is very poor. Even "updated maps" are about 2 years old and the routing programme is not a patch on Tom Tom. Not worth the money in my view. I have a cheap (£130), Chinese, Sat Nav, Bluetooth, USB, Ipod, phone, radio, car info, system in the car which works better than the alpine ever did. (and you can get free map updates).
