Violet1956
Our swisslux toaster arrived this morning much to the OH's delight. A fortnight trying to make toast under the grill of the MH oven had been exasperating and more than a little dangerous. The added joy of reading from the instruction booklet with advice such as "the bread may bum during toasting the bread" has made his day. PJay
We always carry a toaster. The grill's on the MH are pretty useless. Never use mine, for any thing. Have a griddle pan for other grilling PJay
Dave225
Bought a 750 watt one for about a tenner and it works a treat. Of course we have no oven or grill so had no choice,

Used simalar on our boat. But for the MH I would have to lift the glass top to use cooker, and i tend to use this as a work top, when possible, so a toaster for breakfast is an easier option, as long as not used as same time as kettle! breakaleg
only pay a fiver for a two slice toaster in the van and a tenner for a four slice toaster in the home, if they pack up within 12 months you just take them back and they swap them :-D They seem to work better than some of the dearer ones.
