If a motorhome, you will be looking for what is often called "full timing insurance", which implies you will be away from the UK continually for 365 days. A number of companies will provide cover for trips exceeding 90 days, usually with some premium adjustment, but not many for 356 day absence. Try Comfort, NFU, Adrian Flux, or Caravanguard, for example. But don't try to do this online. You'll need to speak to them to get the information you need.
