derek pringle Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 Hi, It has been reported that since the DWP started paying rent to Universal Credit claimants rather than direct to landlords as used to be the case, rent arrears have risen due to the claimants not paying that money to the landlord.
