Will86
On soft grass the leveller will sink so a stout board will be required underneath before using. Don't like the tyre pressure pads, they will push into the tyre reducing the lift.
Derek Uzzell
Zafira Continental has several on-line publications that may be of use to you. GOOGLE-search using "continental 2017 technical databook” as the search-term and download the relevant file. This link may also be heplful:: http://www.conti-online.com/www/download/transporte_mx_es/general/tech_info/download/technical_data_book_pdf_en.pdf Suggest you stick with ‘block’ levelling ramps and forget the aluminium type. The ramps advertised here are reasonably-priced and provide a fair amount of ‘lift’ without being too bulky: http://tinyurl.com/lg6x6eg Grip mats can also be useful http://www.thecaravanshop.co.uk/milenco-products/milenco-grip-mats-pair/milenco-grip-mats-pairs-/prod_36.html to put under levelling blocks or, on flat surfaces, to reduce the risk of the tyres sinking deeply into soft ground. (Shop around for best prices.)
david lloyd
Safire, Best advice re tyre pressures is when you have the motorhome load it for a trip (water, fuel, clothes and something to represent your other essentials( then have it weighed, particularly both axles. This will reassure you that you are within the axle and overall weight limits but you can also telephone the technical dept of your tyre brand, give them the weights, tyre sizes etc and they will advise what the running pressures should be. Hope the handover goes well David
