Clive Posted December 26, 2006 Share Posted December 26, 2006 If he has had an epileptic fit then its most likely that he will have to surrender his license until he has been fit free for a year when he can apply to have it back. These are the rules that were applied to my father-in-law. He was never able to make another year fit free and eventually sold his VW campervan. It broke his heart. He died a couple of years later.
