john hamer Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 2011 Bessacarr E560 My reverse camera is suddenly dead and the warning light in camera screen in the mirror doesn't light up. I assume the inline fuse which shows on the product wiring diagram should be checked. I have traced the power wire from the mirror to the point where it vanishes close to the dashboard at the foot of the windscreen pillar. How and where do I enter the dash board to locate the inline fuse on the power wire. None of the fuses in the control box or vehicle fuses appear blown. Robbo Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 Can't really offer any help but have you considered checking the electrical connection with the rear camera at the back of the vehicle. The wiring to my rear camera is exposed to the elements and consequently might be more susceptible to corrosion at the interface connection. I assume you have a Fiat X250. My fuses for the camera are in the left hand dash fuse box but my vehicle is LHD so might be different on yours. Suggest you look for fuses which are additional to those provided by the base vehicle.
