Would it be possible to tap into this system to give a constant rear view with the screen fitted to the rear view mirror which is still in place even though it is redundant. AliB Posted September 12, 2017 Share Posted September 12, 2017 It should be possible to find the camera video cable and feed this into a different monitor such as a mirror mount monitor. You may have to source or solder different connectors and plugs etc. However, you may find if the system has been setup as a reversing camera it has a wide view lens and is set pointing down towards the road just behind the rear bumper.
