anne matthews
We have a Autosleeper Dorset, and were looking to change the overhead bulbs to LED, at present they are Kandolite 9w/840 FLSE Q06, Is there a direct like of like exchange or do we have to some wiring modifications. And perhaps someone knows a good supplier
Charles
Are the existing bulbs compact fluorescent type with 4 pins?
John52
Huge difference in efficiency of filament bulbs compared to LED. But I wouldn't rush to change flourescents to LED. About 6 years ago I tested 9w flurescent tubes against LED strips and found consumption for light output about the same. I found latest LEDs are more efficent but less reliable - especially with fluctuating voltage (engine running)
