kingjohn Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Hi, I have a 2017 Burstner which has been recalled and been inspected by Ian Grieve, Falkirk. Van was booked in on Monday at 1330 as agreed and I that i was waiting for vehicle. I was informed they had a problem with a seized nut and work would not be completed that day. I was given a courtesy car to get me home. On Tuesday i got a call starting that their new ramp was only operating on one side and they could not get the vehicle off the ramp. On Wednesday i was told that the work had nearly been completed and i could pick the van up on Thursday. Hope it is fixed and i get the van back tomorrow.
