It comes with plug in and as much tea or beer as you can drink. The proprietor mike is a gent but am not quite sure about his other half [ but one cant have everything ]. keep trying it will happen. It's no fun really when you have to keep worrying if you are going to loose all your food or where the next hookup is coming from. Yes I agree take it in and have it sorted .
