Derek Uzzell Posted April 23, 2018 Share Posted April 23, 2018 Were 2004-2006 Hymer A-class bumpers painted originally, or was the bumpers’ plastic material ‘through coloured’? If the latter, I doubt that a colour-code would be available. And, even if the bumpers were painted, after over 10 years the original colour may well have changed. Tracker Posted April 23, 2018 Share Posted April 23, 2018 Someone like a Chips Away franchise could identify the colour for you and they could probably respray the bumper - and any other marks if there are any - for a lot less than a conventional bodyshop. yeo1 Posted April 24, 2018 Author Share Posted April 24, 2018 Thanks, I have been in touch with Brownhills and Lowdhams who have both given me the same paint code - 5027. They have informed me that the paint is only available from Hymer in Germany, £90 for a small aerosol. This code does not exist in the RAL/Fiat or Hymer colour lists. I know other people have had the same issue, so I am after the closest match possible. It is a metallic colour (grey-gun metal), this is the closest I can describe it.
