Lowdhams for D Uzzell

Took your advice and suggestion of responsibility , and phoned them this morning 23 5.and they had the parts in on the 14th,but failed to inform me,and cannot book me in till august thats eight months waiting.told them this is not on and that i will fit the parts myself if they will post them.Have to ask the manager and will call back.Sorry Mr Uzzell,still think they are a useless bunch of (it's not nice to insult people)s >:-(

I woudn’t disagree - hardly a shining example of customer service.

 

(It would be interesting to know why it took so long for the parts to reach Lowdhams, but I suspect that will remain a mystery...)

Does the word you're looking for rhyme with bankers?

 

We went there three years ago when looking for our first second hand m/h. Salesguy came up to us, asked what we were looking for so told him and his reply was "oh cheap (£25k) stuff is over there and walked away. Have a guess where we didn't buy?
