Tinlizzie
At the weekend the side of our van and a small overhand had a bit of an argument. The cast iron guttering won and our awning came a poor second. On getting home we tested it and the mechanism still works and the awning itself is undamaged- it just seems to be the casing that goes on top and end cap that took the hit. As it is quite new we don't want to replace it unless we have to so are thinking we might try to repair it. My first thought was fibreglass and filler. Anyone ever done anything similar? SJWBallistic
Oops or words to that effect. I know that sick sound and feeling well. Awning spares are available from Fiamma, see the following link. https://www.fiamma.it/en/spare-parts-fiammastore/winch-awnings-for-wall-installation-2007488025 Hope you get it sorted.
