There are going to be racists of some level or other in every party, there are certainly plenty in the Tory party yet you support them so how do you square that one away. I was 200 yards down the road in Cheetham Hill when some al-Qaida nut job thought to be developing Ricin stabbed to death a copper and injured several others in a raid in 2003. Its one of the s**ttiest and dodgiest places Ive ever had the misfortune to work but I never had an issues, staff were always great and we dealt with people of all sorts of cultures without issues but you didnt want to hang around after dark. Its been like that there for as long as I Can remember. Its nothing new. I doubt many people have seen or experienced as much of this country as I have over the past 30 years so I am aware of the world outside our cosy little Shire Village. As I said though how will leaving the EU do anything to change the multicultural face of the UK your talking about? It will actually have the opposite effect, it already is. Its one of the s**ttiest and dodgiest places Ive ever had the misfortune to work but I never had an issues, staff were always great and we dealt with people of all sorts of cultures without issues but you didnt want to hang around after dark. Its been like that there for as long as I Can remember. Its nothing new. I doubt many people have seen or experienced as much of this country as I have over the past 30 years so I am aware of the world outside our cosy little Shire Village. As I said though how will leaving the EU do anything to change the multicultural face of the UK your talking about? It will actually have the opposite effect, it already is. You have chased away white, Christian Europeans only to be replaced with those from cultures you seem to have an issue with. Cultures I have a problem with ??? .... Barry I'm not the one with the problem it's those you defend ... I'm not anti-Semitic , a hater of gays , hater of women , want non-believers punished ... Im all for free speech and will listen to anyone's views. What I wont accept though is generalisation or condemning an entire religion, sect, culture because a small minority hold views which to us in the west are abhorrent otherwise I agree with you. Ive said before I can understand why you feel the way you do after what you have told us about your local area but maybe your guilty of what you accuse me of, in your own bubble. Cheetham Hill which I know well in Manchester and mentioned earlier is full of all sorts of scum bags of all sorts of cultures / ethnic origins but so are many cities and towns but they dont all have the same issues in my experience. There are bell ends and crims everywhere but its across the board as far as white, black, Asian, Christian, Jews etc are concerned as to who are the bell ends. Thats my observation anyhoo.
