The really shocking thing in this publicity stunt is that Farage is seeking to echo the Jarrow March and they're getting a bloody bus between towns!

These elites coming up here and stealing working class traditions, badly.

So say's the lefty preaching from his Hymer Exsis :D .........

Yes, I grew up in northern industrial towns and was educated at comprehensive school, indeed i was one of the first generation in our family to go to university - no fees. Got a number of good and interesting jobs along the way and can now afford a nice new motorhome - so what? Call me a credit card socialist if you like, who likes the good things in life, but also would like to see others do well in life as well. Whats wrong with that?

Or do you think I should sell out and become a heartless selfish bittered old Curtainmuncher? From what i can gather from your posts it doesn't make you very happy or contented in life.

Then you'd be mistaken ;-) ...........Coz I'm a smug git B-) .......

I've got where I am in spite of the system ......I didn't need to go cap in hand to the "EU" to start my business >:-) .........

It says your of no fixed abode and living in a thirty year old van under your Avatar. Just sayin. 8-)

That's coz our owned outright fixed abode is currently rented ;-) ..........

The other day you said you don't pay any tax so either it's a mega cheap rental or you're tax dodging.

Are you aware the current income tax threshold for a couple is £23,700? ;-) ...........

As I understand it -

If one person earns 5000 pounds - and his / her partner earns 18000 pounds - the person earning 18000 pounds will pay tax

- even though their combined total earnings are only 23000 pounds.

( That is what my gut feeling tells me - I haven't checked the facts lately ).

Only as long as one partner is a basic rate 20% tax payer.......and for the non-payer not to pay any tax at all, the threshold has to be less than the £11,850 personal allowance between 6 April 2018 and 5 April 2019 (this was £11,500 for 2017/18, £11,000 for 2016/17 and £10,600 for 2015/16).

So his obsession goes on ... Hes obsessed with folk he calls racist and Islamaphobes ... You couldn't make it up ... He has no idea what can be claimed or set aside by a good accountant when it comes to rental properties , all of which are totally legal ... I suppose us racists and Islamaphobes are the only family and contact he has with the outside world ... Carry on

I'm basing it on what you've said on here, past and present. If you've been misleading and telling a few porkies here 'n there, then you'd be capable of that with an "accountant" though quite what anyone with a sub £11k income needs an accountant for, God alone knows. :-|

Actually I don't use my accountant "at the moment" because I'm retired and no longer need to do a tax return according to her as our income is currently below the threshold ;-) ..........

Sadly through no fault of my own that situation will soon be changing 8-) .........
