Robinhood
The full under-engine protection is an option. (Currently option 237 @ £120 in the UK market). Its presence or not depends on what the converter specified for the base vehicle.

Robinhood
There are aftermarket options available (eBay for instance, or Coastal Motorhomes). https://coastalmotorhomes.co.uk/fiat-ducato-peugeot-boxer-citroen-relay-250-engine-under-tray-cover-shield.html Posted as an example, other options are available. Deneb
I fitted one a few months ago after seeing the state of, and repainting my 3 year old sump to rectify the peppering by road grit. I bought a set from an eBay seller dsp-car-power for around £70. Whilst the plastic was not as thick as the genuine version it is plenty rigid enough when fitted and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The plastic is flexible rather than brittle and a pretty decent moulding. All necessary fixings were also supplied.
Derek Uzzell
E-bay advert for the item Deneb mentions https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiat-Ducato-Peugeot-Boxer-Citroen-2006-2019-Under-Engine-Cover-Fitting-Kit-/172499292958 (That’s a LOT of fixings...) The ‘missing’ undertray sections were mentioned here in 2016 https://forums.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/Motorhomes/Motorhome-Matters/Engine-under-tray-on-Ducato-X250/41296/
steve hill
Thanks to all, I have ordered the Ebay one. I had Fiat Ducato for 23 years until recently and the sump corrosion was terrible and extremly difficult to get a new one if it went, never mind the other corrosion caused by water leakage around the Engine compartment. When like me you are thinking another 20 years ahead its a no brainer to spend £78 now! TA :-D
