Whilst the El Paso killer specifically targeted an area with a high concentration (79%) of Hispanic citizens, the Dayton (77% white) shooting was a "spree killer"....a youth who wanted to "kill people" who even managed to shoot his own sister dead before he himself was brought down in less than a minute.
