There’s a listing of Ducato UK recalls here

https://www.vehicle-recall.co.uk/make/FIAT/DUCATO

The recall mentioned by Yorkyrunner is too recent to be shown there, but details are as follows

03/01/2020,R/2019/360,FIAT,DUCATO,THE BRAKE LINE RETAINING CLIP MAY NOT BE FIXED CORRECTLY TO THE TUCKER ON THE DASHBOARD,The brake line (pipe) may not be fixed correctly,Check the clip is fixed correctly and replace damaged brake pipes,24484,6255,DUCATO,31/10/2014,16/07/2019

It seems from the above that 24484 vehicles are affected and that Ducatos built between 31 October 2014 and 16 July 2019 need checking.

Regarding a 2019 Ducato, the relevant gov.uk webpage currently lists 5 recalls including the brake line clip.

https://www.check-vehicle-recalls.service.gov.uk/recall-type/vehicle/make/FIAT/model/DUCATO/year/2019/recalls

(I telephoned the local Fiat Professional agency recently to book a service/MOT for my 2015 Ducato sometime in March and it was mentioned that they were busy carrying out Fiat recall work.)

The affected VIN number range is **********02746131 to *********02L66605 (The last 8 digits of the VIN following something like ZFA250000).

It isn't clear whether all are affected - the 24000+ number quoted seems somewhat low for the 5 year period.

It is possible, however, to check whether your particular VIN is part of a recall campaign, using the

https://www.fiatcamper.com/en/home (*see note below)

web page and entering the full, 17 digit VIN number in the "Chassis Check" box in the bottom right corner. This will advise whether or not a Service or Recall campaign is relevant for that specific vehicle.

It will not, however, advise which recall, or whether there are several, and there are a number of recent Ducato recalls. If it does flag a problem, the advice of Fiat themselves, or a dealer, should be sought.

I checked mine as soon as rumours of the brake-pipe recall were circulating. It flagged that it was affected (by something - and as I had checked previously, it was odds-on it was new). My check was done shortly after - no work required, and the "flag" was off the check within a day or so. My paper recall arrived quite a bit after that.

(*as off this morning, it isn't working with my chassis number - I've had that before, and it has subsequently worked when retried on a later day).
