Billggski
"The Spanish government has now ordered that hotels and short-stay accommodation (such as short-stay campsites or caravan parks) must close by Tuesday 24 March. British travellers who are currently in Spain and who wish to return to the UK are advised to make travel plans to do so as soon as possible." Billggski
The key point is that campsites are closing, the ferries aren't running, and to get back home through France will be difficult. If in that predicament, I feel for you and suggest you print off a number of the travel permission forms, as you need one each day. You can write them out by hand. I'd probably use motorways as there will be fuel, and bite the bullet over cost.
