Hi all, had a problem with my Cryptobox, operator error I emailed Pulsat where I bought it from last year, they rang me the next day they couldn’t have been more helpful, advised to call them back when sat in front of the tv talked me through the whole process very patient as it took a while. These days we often hear the grumbles so its nice to give praise where due many thanks to Simon and Roy.
