Your national pride is fine, Oxford is fine but in the same adventure there are Sweden and even Italy. I don't expect you to read the contents of clinicaltrials.gov but you may make an effort to read the foreign press as well and not just the English trash. Perhaps you would know the reasons for the delays in authorization. But this is something impossible to get from someone who wears slices of salami instead of glasses (Italian way of saying about those who refuse to see/understand).
