Why are you screaming about an organisation which UK is no longer a member of? Direct your rage to matters closer to home and question why UK has such a high Covid fatality rate with 82,624 deaths recorded as of Friday 18th Dec 2020, a figure which is growing daily at a rapid rate so will be higher now.

It's about time you recognised our own incompetence first instead of desperately trying to deflect and blame others.

Btw....you need to read Colins 3.37pm post on Stuarts thread. It shows how stupid you are.

Maybe there will be some other reason than bureaucracy.

Your national pride is fine, Oxford is fine but in the same adventure there are Sweden and even Italy.

I don't expect you to read the contents of clinicaltrials.gov but you may make an effort to read the foreign press as well and not just the English trash.

Perhaps you would know the reasons for the delays in authorization.

But this is something impossible to get from someone who wears slices of salami instead of glasses (Italian way of saying about those who refuse to see/understand).

The reason why the EU takes so long to approve vaccines is because they have to get 27 other countries to agree 8-) ..........

Fortunately we didn't B-) ..........

For a moment just drop your silly anti-EU narrative as you're posting utter garbage and drivel, ignoring important facts. *-)

From your own link which you obviously haven't read.

The deputy executive director of the bloc’s European Medical Agency (EMA) said it was ‘unlikely’ officials would be able to give the jab the green light next month.

Noel Wathion said: ‘We are not just going to give approval based on a press release that they have sent out themselves.

‘The company must first demonstrate that all vaccines will be of high quality.’

He added that pharmaceutical firm AstraZeneca, which developed the vaccine with Oxford University, has still not submitted a formal application for its £3-a-dose jab to be approved.

Mr Wathion told Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad the EMA was ‘in the dark’ about what kind of data was being used for Britain to approve the use of the Oxford vaccine.
