No surprise that the "Z" Squad are on the side of the criminals *-) .........

So which rights do you want to see removed then Devid?

bump...

The right of criminals right to remain silent would be a start *-) ...........

You're being very silly now. The right to remain silent is global apart from a couple of Totalitarian states which you could never live under.

Don't be too sure about what kind of Regime Devid could live under.

Remember that he is so far to the Right that he thinks Hitler was a Socialist.

:D

Clearly I would only have to put "Socialist"n the name of my Regime for you thick as mince Socialist Muppets to vote for me >:-) ......

(lol) (lol) (lol) .........

Hate to disappoint you but that claim was made under t and NOTHING to do with the HRA, its just that your Daily Wail that misinformed you.

Your chum Tom does ;-) ..........

"Civil Liberties & Human Rights

Tom’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of human rights cases, ranging from class actions against governments and multinational companies, to trafficking cases, to terrorism trials in civil actions.

Tom was awarded Human Rights and Public Law Silk of the Year at the Chambers and Partners UK Bar Awards 2020.

In 2021 Tom led a team that successfully challenged the housing of asylum-seekers at Napier Barracks . "

But what you are failing to comprehend is that the action wasn't brought under any international HRA, it was brought using British laws, in this case Section 95 of the 1999 Immigration and Asylum Act. So even if your Tory chums are successful in removing our rights, rights that Churchill originally proposed, the government could still be prosecuted.

It's a lot like Brexit, they are telling you lies.

I'm not failing to comprehend anything you LOSER Brit Haters are up to *-) .........

Agreed it is a lot like Brexit.....And the LIES you LOSERS told us >:-) .......

So again, your objection to the HRA is based on a position of ignorance, so just like Brexit.

So that you don't make the same mistake again I'll try and guide you through it step by step.

Question. What legislation was used to hold the government to account in the Napier barracks case?

Answer. 1999 Immigration and Asylum Act.

Question. Was the HRA used to hold the government to account in the Napier barracks case?

Answer. No.

All you've proved is that your Brit hating chum has used any weapon to bash the government on behalf of "ILLEGAL immigrants" *-) ........

Why doesn't he use them to prevent our armed forces from having to live in sub standard accomodation (?) .........

As if I didn't know (lol) (lol) (lol) ........

Ever heard of Crown Immunity?

That didn't stop your other Scum/chum Shyster Shyner did it *-) ........

Your ignorance knows no bounds.

Did Shiner sue the government or the army/crown?

Why am I not surprised that you are defending your Liaring Scum/Chum *-) .......

Worra NASTY Brit Hater you are :-| .........

I'm not defending anyone.

I'm simply trying to explain to you why your government allowed servicemen and women to live in squalor and lefty human rights lawyers couldn't take action against the Crown.

Now if you want to remove Crown Immunity so that actions can be taken to stop such terrible things happening just sign up here https://www.republic.org.uk/

Good to have you working for the Cause.

Nice dodge ;-) ..........

Why didn't Labour stop our armed forces from living in sub standard accomodation? >:-) .......

Yet they appear now happy for ILLEGAL Immigrants to live in 5* hotels at tax payers expense :-| ......

Is that your Cause? *-) ........

"Napier barracks was last used by the MoD in 2020." So why did the Tories stop our armed forces from living in sub standard accomodation? >:-) ....... for ten years?

Thanks for proving they cant have been that bad >:-) ..........

Just to add we lived for a while on the top floor of the largest block of married quarters in Europe at Gosport ;-) ............

The roof leaked.....but only when it rained :D .......

It didn't ruin our lives......unlike it has those ILLEGAL Immigrants at Napier barracks *-) .......
