lancepar Posted May 1, 2022 Share Posted May 1, 2022 Hi, Just a note for users. You are probably aware they changed the breakdown assistance peeps in April. Well we had a puncture in Cornwall the other week. And although having all the gear to do it myself and not being in a rush, called for assistance. It was a bit more long winded than before but after eventually getting to an operator with my details, I was told because our MoHo is 3.85t we were not covered for breakdown because the vehicles has a max gross vehicle weight of more than 3.5t, strange I said because I’ve never had an issue before the change and I’m therefore wasting my money paying £13.00 a month for the FlexPlus to be told the MoHo is not covered. (However we do have seven vehicles all covered on the scheme). However after making enquiries the operator confirmed we were in fact covered as for MoHo’s the limit is 7tonnes max gross weight, so all was well and the puncture attended to and homeward bound we continued.
