Most of the dvd box sets I watch in the van are TV series that were made in 4:3 format Like fred dibnah, 'only fools & horses' 'dads army' and 'are you being served' (very popular in the 70's but they wouldn't get away with it now) I got a dvd player from Aldi that would only play them with the picture stretched wide - but they gave me a refund with no argument. I have a large screen Medion TV from Aldi which is great (Apart from the fact that it started crashing - contacted their customer service who told me to disable the wifi on it which cured the problem) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
