witzend
Have You tried sailings from Venice to Igoumenitsa/Patras with Anek Lines We've sailed with them a couple of times. They stop the camping on board during the winter months
MaxnJane
We did that route in 2017. I put all the sites we stayed in Greece and Turkey on search for sites. Campercontact.com the dutch site is also good

We met several members at their meets and where made very welcome https://www.motorhomeclub.gr/english https://www.eurocampings.co.uk/greece/
KeithR
Thanks for your inputs, have noted them, however we have decided winter is a bad time to do that route for a first time, so will look to do it may/june, and may go via germany as i keep postponing a trip to all my old postings!! Brian Kirby
Whichever way you go to get to Turkey, don't forget to get your passport/s stamped as you leave, and re-enter, Schengen/the EU.
