PaulD Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Hi everyone, You may have noticed that from about 3:30pm yesterday until 10:30 this morning our forum was unavailable. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Our support team have been frantically trying to discover what had happened and it was resolved this morning. For those interested, it appears that the last upgrade introduced a conflict with a custom module we have, to talk to our own customer database. As soon as this conflict was encountered, the site went into self-lockdown for protection against any potential corruption of data. This cannot happen again as we have now added additional upgrade procedures which, if followed, should prevent any future interruptions to service of this nature. Again, our most sincere apologies.
