Thank you Thai and you are now officially granted the title of personal guru to all that use this forum with meditation and peace of mind your sole responsibilty.

They do say that only a fifth of our brain is in use with the rest lying dormant (this varies to a considerable extent with re. to some of the users on this forum), but with what as been achieved so far it makes you wonder just how far we can go if we find a way of tapping into these reserves.

Quote: The cycle that we talk about in Thailand is similar to what you've described, but varies slightly as it's based on the Buddha's teachings. This says that as a life (journey) ceases it becomes another journey. We do believe in re-incarnation, and if good is done in this life, then your next should be a lot easier.

Very thought-provoking Thai Bry and especially so because as motorhomers, our lives are a series of journeys. Also, quiet often, our time when pitched yields an opportunity to help our fellows, usually a small thing like cheerfully loaning a bottle opener or gas spanner or sharing a friendly word with someone who needs to talk. Very occasionally one of our number will be tested more severely as reported on MMM a few issues back when someone dashed to the recue of a man taken ill in the countryside! Perhaps Motorhomers have a natural empathy with the Buddist outlook?

Howie: Quite true about how much of our brains we are using and how much more can be achieved if we were to tap into our reserves. But then the human trait of personal greed steps in and it all come to a halt or so I think.
