J9withdogs
davenewell@home - 2007-08-12 8:59 PM So where did you get to J9? We was there from Friday AM till Sunday AM and although I looked for all I was I was worth I never saw any young, attractive females walking around with a kebab in her hand! D. P.S. I believe you did meet up with Mel B though. WHERE WERE YOU DAVE?? I spent three days wandering up and down the lines of m/hs looking for a man with his underpants over his trousers, and I've just arrived home totally dejected and feeling like a total failure :-(
davenewellhome
We were only about a hundred yards from Mel's van. Friday I was in my normal work gear, jeans and red shirt. Saturday I let it all hang out in just blue shorts and digger hat, not pretty I suppose but then I didn't have to look :-) D.
J9withdogs
Ah, but Mel didn't tell me where her van was parked - probably too scared after I had regaled her with my 'lucky escape' story. *-)
Dave Newell
I did take a stroll around the general camping area with Dex the wonder-dog looking for a Valentine but didn't get as far as where Mel said you were parked. Never mind, you going to York next month? D.
J9withdogs
I am planning to go - perhaps we should have a forum contributors' get together (lol)
Dave Newell
I think there is a "meet the team" session planned for York so you can all come along to the MMM tent at the allotted hour to meet us. D.
Mel B
Careful Dave, you could live to regret that!!! (lol) J9 knows a gangster from London no less. B-) But if you let her have a tipple or two of Vodka with the chocolate kebab I'm sure she'll behave ..... ;-)
davenewellhome
The meet the team do is official and in the green and white stripey MMM/Warners tent not Clive's bivouac Mel. D.

Think I should stop drinking the vodka :$
Mel B
Better tell Clive to get his awning-up and secure the poles well if J9's going to be visiting ... Dave, do you have to get all dressed up then in 'official' MMM attire and look all smooth then??? :-D B-)
davenewellhome
Are you implying that I don't always look smooth Mel? D.
Mel B
Depends whether you've shaved your legs and chest chuck. (lol)
Dave Newell
Having to shave my chin and top lip every day is mare than enough for me, the thought of taking a razor to any other part of my body just doesn't occur 8-) D.
michele
YES but do you get dressed in uniform Dave ? ooooooooooo ;-)

Clive
York - We shall be there, hope its not as damp as last year. Visitors welcome to come along and be insulted, especially if they take piccies of me while in deep thought!! Please DONT let dogs pee up the gazebo, the pong is hard to get rid of and when we open the shed door at home that they are stored in we soon find out if the pee was fully flushed off previously. C. Mel B
Clive, didn't want to cramp your style with your other 'colleagues' so didn't like to bother you anymore in the evening.:$ Oh, are you trhing to imply that my Midge peed up your gazebo? I'd be very proud of him if he did, his aim is absolutely awful normally, he couldn't hit a lamp post if it laid underneath him!!!!!! :D
