Derek Uzzell
Check whether the fuse for the power-supply to the bed's motor has blown (which seems to be not that unusual with Bailey drop-down beds). This 2021 Wildcamping forum thread suggests where the fuse MIGHT be located https://wildcamping.co.uk/threads/bailey-765-fuse-location.88349/ and this video (relating to a Bailey Adamo 69-4) MIGHT also be useful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wymOed27dD8 I THINK the Bailey handbook says The 12V electrical systems fuses are located either in a bed box or under the fixed bed. It has 14 fuses, each having identification to their particular use. If a fuse is to be replaced it must be with one of the same rating as the one that is removed. ColinM50
Had similar issues with our Eldiss 196, all of a sudden the bed stopped working. On mine the resettable fuse was in a small blanked-off space above the parcel shelf. Just push the button on the fuse and viola job done. I think a dealer showed me where the fuse was and it popped half a dozen times in the four years we had it. General feeling was the cables were a bit on the thin size and could be uprated but a heck of a job to do so I just put up with resetting the fuse. Good luck in finding your fuse, Bailey might help with a reply to "where's the bed fuse"
Derek Uzzell
This Practical Motorhome review of a 2014 Bailey Approach Autograph 765 model mentions (in the Beds section) the motorhome's longitudinal electrically-operated 'drop down' bed. https://www.practicalmotorhome.com/reviews/bailey-approach-autograph-765 The relevant 2014 Bailey Owner's Manual includes the following guidance (I don't know who the bed's manufacturer is.) There is a couple of earlier 'HELP' on-line enquiries https://wildcamping.co.uk/threads/bailey-765-dropdown-bed-anyone-got-one-help.54277/ https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-together/discussions/information-technical-tips-advice/motorhomes/bailey-765-electric-drop-down-bed-problem-help/ one of which suggests 'rebooting' a non-operating bed by disconnecting/reconnecting the battery that supplies the bed with power. That might be worth trying, but it obviously won't correct a failed fuse or a fault with the motor.
