Levelling

Recommended Posts

In the quest to make life easier I am pondering the purchase of a pair of air wedges to replace our wedges.

Does anybody use these?  If so what recommendations and are they tough enough on rough ground?

Which 'air wedge' do you have in mind?

I'm only aware of two - the LocknLevel

(NOTE THE CAVEAT ABOUT MOTORHOMES!)

and the Flat-Jack Camper

(But I'm not sure if there is a UK-based vendor for this product).

Thanks Derek.

My research has already identified both these products and I have rejected the former. Flat jack quote delivery from Germany. I  was wondering more about existing users and their experiences as well as other alternatives.

There are four (German language) 5-star reviews of the Flat Jack Camper 2.0 air-leveller on this website

https://www.berger-camping.co.uk/item/flat-jack-camper-2.0-369017

but I'm guessing you will have already read those comments.

I'm doubtful that you'll get any feedback from O&AL motorhome-owning forum members with user-experience of air-levellers. It's a specialist item and, as (at least) two would be needed for motorhome use, hardly cheap.

The Flat Jack product was discussed here in 2017

and includes mention of another (even more expensive) air-leveller
