ned
Hi, can anyone give me some information about insurance on a 49cc moped/scooter. Went to collect my Easylifter from aguy who was selling one. I wanted one to support a large new style Thule backbox for all our skiing gear, awning and all the usual clobber. The guy had a Peugeot Ludix with only 500 miles that he was selling. We did the deal and now we have something that we have only early talked about. So question is where is the best place to get insurance for the wee beastie? Main proviso are; Cheap comprehensive insurance for me and the wife and insurance for abroad. Cheers Ned
Basil
Hi, I would suggest you try Bennets, Carol Nash or Hastings direct Motorcycles. I use Carol Nash for my large touring bike but Hastings Direct for my run around as they were cheaper, however Bennets have written to me and are suggesting they are cheaper when I come to renew. grocer jack
Make sure you look at what you get in the recovery section. Some are not worth the paper their written on!
