Guest Brian Ramsden
I see from to-days Telegraph that the Italian SEA group (Mobilvetta, Elnaugh, etc.) have taken over Auto-Sleepers. A sad day for the Company, and, probably, it's customers. They were probably the best in terms of customer service, but lost their way in terms of value for money. Guest Cattwg
Yes Brian a sad day for British industry. I fear our Motorhome manufacturers may go the same way as our motor bike industry. I hope not. A query - I thought AS and Marquis had merged so do SEA now own Marquis? Regards -- Cattwg
Guest pete walker
this is sad news, but the same happened at auto-trail and they seem to have gone from strength to strength , a friend of mine lives in evesham and has close freinds who work at auto-sleeper and he told me that most of the staff have been unhappy working there for a few years now, so perhaps things may get better for them. pete
Guest Will Redfearn, Wirral Motorhome Club
Sad but maybe now we will have some cutting edge design and Italian flair!
