Sparkle Posted January 24, 2008 Author Share Posted January 24, 2008 The wiggly road was an experience!! Especially as I was on the 'down side' of it!! Huge lorries were going up and down and the road itself is in poor condition.... but the view was superb, we expected to see a similar view when reachng the top of the pass... but as weird as Spain always is.. we got a plain...just so not what we expected. We have "done" the coast thing and this has wetted our appetite for our next trip to Spain. A local taxi driver warned us against parkng near Gib. He said all the naughties keep the area in view because they know all vans have valuables in them and target them from time to time, (despite the police presence 50 metres away!)
