Lunar lass Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 Hi all, I'm in two minds as to whether to get a caravan or not. From what I've learnt so far is that its very expensive to run and maintain and that they suffer with damp. Ive been advised to get a 2 berth and a model on or above year 2005. Welcome to the forum but this should have been put in the Caravanning part. If you are unsure then take a caravanning Friend with you when you go look for a van. There are always going to be the doom mongers who tell you these tales but there are far more that will tell you that as long as you are careful then there are many happy hours of enjoyment to be had with your purchase.
