  1. Nearest I can find is a recall letter... https://www.arval.nl/sites/default/files/119/2022/07/20B44_Ford.pdf And the first paragraph... And having found 20B44 gives more info... https://fordtransit.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=204983&start=105 And the bad part... "At this point the engine will need to be replaced."
  2. Ooops! My bad, I normally look for such detail within the posting or signature. Sorry @fawlks
  3. @fawlks What year was your Citreon Relay manufactured? I thought older models (pre ABS) had a small pick up somewhere on the transmission, possibly near one of the driveshafts? Keith.
  4. Ask the dealer if they will post a new valve to you for you to get fitted locally?
  5. Do you mean what make and model of motorhome body you have or are you looking for more info on the Peugeot Boxer engine and chassis? If the motorhome part then can you post a photo or two please? Keith.
  6. According to the gov.uk website you do not need a green card for travel in the EU so you need to educate them accordingly... https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-insurance/driving-abroad
  7. Yes, but a couple of questions have been asked so a reply or two would be nice
  8. Hi Megs, What year is your Autoroller please? And I have moved your post to a new thread as the one you tagged onto was not really relevant to your question. Keith.
  9. One reason for excessive current is low voltage so check your battery voltage is ok. But as the trip will no longer reset you may need to dig deeper for the cause, can you bypass the trip with an ammeter and actually measure the current being drawn?
  10. The inserts look like rubber rawlplugs, ie a rubber tube with a brass insert in the far end. They compress lenghthways and bulge out behind the panel to secure in place and prevent a leak. I would also guess the screws are stainless steel to prevent corrosion. https://www.screwfix.com/p/rawlplug-rawlnut-flexi-plugs-m5-x-40mm-50-pack/743kf
  11. Well seen as @oonagh wilkinson hasn't logged on since posting the query I doubt we will get any more help here...
  12. And here is the wiring diagram for the 5 stud sensor arrangement https://sargent.zohodesk.eu/portal/en/kb/articles/ec155
  13. Does your fresh water level display show Empty, 25%, 50%, 75% and Full? If so it needs a 5 wire harness as shown on the Sargent Electrical website https://sargentltd.co.uk/shop/product/ec155-fresh-water-harness/342 And here are the 5 studs to go with the harness https://sargentltd.co.uk/shop/product/ec51-fresh-water-studs-and-screws/136 I'm guessing your tank is insulated so you need to find the remaining sensors and clean them. Keith.
  14. Is it the standard VW mirror? If so then try a VW van dealer or maybe look on Ebay or the like for a pattern replacement.
  15. Unfortunately I do not think you will get a reply from @Elvis the fish as he hasn't logged on since last July! Perhaps another forum member can help?
  16. Your Cherokee was manufactured by Auto-Trail if that helps your search! Try O'Learys or Magnum motorhomes. https://www.olearymotorhomes.co.uk/ https://magnummotorhomes.co.uk/product-category/spare-parts/
  17. What does it look like? Can you post a photo???
  18. Give us a clue, what does B I U mean???
  19. Yes, but the Gov.uk website https://www.gov.uk/get-vehicle-information-from-dvla will give you the engine size, eg my AT is...
  20. Give us a clue, what is the make and age of the van?
  21. Hi Tonk, The https://www.gov.uk/get-vehicle-information-from-dvla website will get you a lot more info on any prospective vehicle. Keith.
  22. Has the leak only appeared after being stored for the winter? If yes then it is most likely frost damage from not being 100% drained down. I split a Shurflo pump many years ago by assuming that draining the pipes would drain the pump, but it obviously did not! I now disconnect the outlet from the pump and run it for 2 or 3 seconds to blow out any water remaining in the valve chambers.
  23. Well I've just renewed our MH insurance and the premium had only gone up 5% so to me that is about right for inflation. Insured with AXA through the C&MC scheme. Keith.
  24. The Merc 208d will only be 80 Horse Power so will not be the fastest thing on the road, in fact it will be quite pedestrian and barely able to keep up with modern traffic on fast roads. Our 2004 Merc Autotrail is 130 HP and still is on the slow side of things. As for the Autotrail side of things, everything depends on how it has been cared for over the years. If it has had water ingress and damp then it may or may not have been repaired properly so make sure you get it inspected by someone who knows what they are looking at or be prepared for plenty of DIY. Also the appliances fitted, if still original, will almost certainly be obsolete so be prepared for problems if they go wrong. Keith.
