Are you sure they did not have a second detent further out from the door? The mirrors on my Sprinter have a first detent approx 60° from the door (where the passenger side mirror works best) and then a second detent at approx 90° used for the drivers side. Keith.

Hi, I can't help with obtaining a suitable replacement but can explain why you are getting the incorrect view with the replacements you have tried, they are designed for Left Hand Drive vehicles! If you had sat in your passenger seat you would have had a perfect view down the right hand side of your MH! Simple really! So the question to ask any further vendors is "...are they suitable for RHD vehicles?" PS It may help others answer your question if you gave the age of your Ducato. Do you still have the 2013? Will (747Heavy), Why not try pushing a thin wedge (such as the end of a wooden clothes peg) in between the awning and case where you say there is no gap to relieve the touch condition? This could be a simple fix every time you roll the awning out if it works. Keith.

It will be called something along the lines of "Instrument Binnacle Glass" if you want to try and search for one. It is probably supplied as a loose part as well as part of a replacement binnacle so if you can find a dealer who has changed a binnacle for a failed unit then you may get lucky on a used one. Keith.
