I have had a campervan on order from this company since July but despite numerous attempts, I've been unable to contact them to ascertain the current position. Ringing them goes to voicemail & emailing produces an automated response. Would like the situation clarified ASAP, due to the large amount of money already paid to them. Thanks.

The N/S rear torsion bar has broken on my 2005 Berlingo campervan. (94,000 miles). The rear tyre is now scraping the top of the wheel arch, meaning that the vehicle is only driveable to the local garage. They advise that a used (or new) rear axle is needed but think the original axle has been modified "because of the weight involved". And that for this reason getting a used/new one will be difficult. Is this so? I need help & advice to get me back on the road again! Thanks.
