It is set for 25, how do you know what setting to use, is it trial and error? Thanks

Took the PSU out and P5 was disconnected. Plugged it in and it works, thanks a million. Although the step doesnt fully come out , gets stuck , but hopefully it just needs a clean up. I assume the resistance must be stopping the step thinking its fully out? Thanks again, saved me a lot of grief.

great thanks, i'll have a look and maybe go under again and try to follow the step motor wires back (on a better day!)

hi, It is a Sargent EC400 and fuse F9 for the step is in and OK. I understand there should be a relay (control box) somewhere, but why at the back?

Hi, My motorhome has had a wheelchair lift fitted so the electric step control box was removed. I am trying to get it working but can't seem to trace where the control box would have been. I think I have followed the step switch wires from underneath where they go to the back of the van and pop back up behind the fridge? Any advice appreciated thanks DJ
